Andrea Fredrickson : Hello and welcome to the Leadership Hustle for executives whose companies are growing fast and need leaders who are ready. Welcome back to this episode of the Leadership Hustle. I'm Andrea Fredrickson, and not joining me today is Michelle Hill. And the reason for that is we are wrapping up our first season. Today I want to say thank you for those of you who have been subscribed and following us for the past three years.
Michelle and I have had lots of really intense conversations with many of you, but also with each other as it relates to some of the things that are important for leaders. As you know, we don't take leadership for granted. It's something that shows up in every workplace every single day. We've had different conversations as it relates to some of the frameworks and some of the techniques that we believe would be helpful for leaders if they're struggling or they want to continuously improve their leadership skills. We're really excited about the next season. In the next season, we're going to be doing some things in new ways and I hope all the best ways. After our break, we're going to focus a little bit more on bringing you some not only new content, but some new resources. We are going to be focusing on many of the concepts of our latest book, Built by Behavior. Built by Behavior is a conglomeration of stories and techniques as it relates to how we show up as leaders, and it's the byproduct of our behaviors that develop our culture. So we will be breaking down different concepts.
But not only that, giving you some new tools. We're also really excited about our next season because we are going to bring you a new stage and we're going to be recording from a new location.
